Applications:

ST-1135 is an excellent antioxidant for various polymers. For PU soft-foam rubber plate, it can prevent polybasic alcohol from creating peroxide during storage period, and prevent scorch during the process of froth.

Special Features:

ST-1135 shows excellent antioxidation as well as pump-transport convenience. With low volatility and outstanding compatibility, it shows especially good effect during the process of forced air cooling of PU. This function can also prevent surface fogging of auto parts and fabric’s coloring (like furniture and carpet). The low volatility and liquid state of ST-1135 make it especially suitable under the condition of liquid, latex, suspension, solution or melting polymerization and processing. ST-1135 can be added before, in the middle of, or after polymerization.

Application Guide:

The normal recommended dosage of ST-1135 is between 0.15% and 0.5%. The pumping or injection method can reach effective mix result. ST-1135 is easy to be emulsified, therefore can be dissolved, dispersed or kept pure liquid state. Better result can be reached when it’s co-used with other phenolic antioxidants, substitutional aromatic amine, synergistic stabilizers (like phosphite ester, phosphate ester, alkyl sulfide, alcohol amine, lactone) and light stabilizers (like UV absorbent, hindered amine).
